We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Full Stack Marketing Lead to join our team in College Station, Texas. This role will drive CivicEyes market expansion and elevate our brand through multi-channel marketing strategies, compelling content, and data-driven campaigns. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including website materials, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and social media, to position CivicEye as an industry thought leader.
  • Manage and maintain consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Maintain and update the company website on WordPress, ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Utilize HubSpot to optimize CRM processes, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Identify and evaluate industry conferences and events to maximize brand visibility and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics for event participation, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event lead nurturing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website metrics, HubSpot data, and event outcomes using tools like Google Analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, media, and industry influencers, to enhance CivicEyes market presence.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Content Creation including blogs, social media posts, videos, email campaigns with persuasive messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Expertise in defining and maintaining brand strategies including voice, visual identity, and messaging to ensure consistency across marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to create marketing assets such as social media graphics, banners, ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI etc to track campaign performance, user behavior and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting experiments to optimize marketing strategies, such as A/B testing to increase conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of optimizing landing pages, forms, and websites to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page search engine optimization techniques including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building to drive organic traffic with tools like SEMrush or SurferSEO.
  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., including budget allocation and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to automate email campaigns, lead nurturing and customer journeys.
  • Expertise in managing and growing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Familiarity with WordPress to upkeep and make minor website edits.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales growth.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with sales, product, and tech teams.
  • Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with market trends and business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education / Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • At least two years of marketing experience with a strong portfolio

Preferred Education / Experience

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Background in fast-paced, growth-stage, or PE-backed companies.
  • Familiarity with GovTech or public sector marketing.
  • Certifications such as Certified SEO Expert or Google Ads/Analytics are a plus.

LOCATION/HOURS

  • College Station, TX
  • Hybrid work schedule with minimum of one-day a week in office
  • Full-time employees are expected to observe core business hours generally recognized as no less than 8 working hours per day
