Part Time Music/Worship Leader: Hollywood Baptist Church

Job Description

• Music Ministry Leadership
• Lead and organize all church music activities, including:
• Congregational singing
• Special music coordination for services and events
• Children and youth music programs
• Music planning for weddings, funerals, revivals, and other special events
• Oversee music volunteers, sound/media staff, and maintain music library
• Manage music ministry budget and ensure CCLI compliance

Position Qualifications

• A heart of worship and service to God demonstrated through a vibrant prayer life and a life surrendered to Christ.
• Ability to cooperate with all staff to promote unity and oneness and strive to carry out the entire ministry plan of the church.
• Ability and commitment to maintain personal standards of Godliness based on Biblical principles which results in an uncompromised testimony within the church and community from which a credible ministry originates.
• Able to communicate effectively with one-on-one, small, and large group settings, exhibiting a pleasing attitude that is confident and enthusiastic.
• Must be circumspect in dress and demeanor.
