Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise operational instructions for process manuals and other documents.
• Work with the core team, safety team, engineers, and product managers to understand product specifications.
• Translate complex concepts into clear instructions.
• Conduct interviews and observe work to gather data for documentation.
• Gather photographs and other media to enhance documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in training or technical writing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical writer or service writer, preferably in the food industry
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to research and document functionality and processes
• Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Exceptional ability to create technical documentation for non-technical audiences
