In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events that align with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events from conception to completion, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events.
- Research and book venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary services.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial transparency.
- Create detailed event timelines and ensure all logistics are coordinated effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for events.
