Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events that align with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events from conception to completion, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events.
  • Research and book venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary services.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial transparency.
  • Create detailed event timelines and ensure all logistics are coordinated effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for events.
