Responsibilities
Lead and manage PR programs from kickoff to achieving client goals
Develop and maintain strong media and influencer relationships
Generate and edit various communications materials, including press releases and pitches
Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development
Maintain day-to-day client contact and ensure exceptional client management
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the technology industry
Proven track record of managing PR programs and generating media coverage
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce various types of communications
Exceptional client management skills and a deep personal investment in client success
Ability to navigate and manage through periods of change or challenge
Preferred Qualifications
Established relationships with consumer tech media
Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities
Creative use of social media channels for engagement and support
Background in leading social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
Passion for technology public relations and a proactive approach to new business development
