Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) – Abe

Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This position offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer (Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense
  • Ability to delegate to junior team members
  • Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Problem solver with curiosity and competitive drive
  • You're on the cutting edge of the industry, always looking to grow and share
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills
  • Quality-focused and mindful of work-life balance
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approx. once per year or as needed

  • Embody Abe core values in every interaction
  • Manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client growth and satisfaction (NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores)
  • Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
  • Make exceptional strategic decisions for accounts

  • Salary: annual base salary range for this position in the US is $85,000-$95,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility

Work Environment
