An integrated marketing and customer experience consultancy is seeking a multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer to help build and scale brand systems across a variety of mediums. This role will work across presentation design, digital marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and occasional print or environmental design projects. This is an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, motion, and strategy while contributing to thoughtful, high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams on brainstorming, concept development, and design execution
• Apply and extend brand systems across multi-channel deliverables including presentation decks, digital campaigns, and print materials
• Manage smaller design projects from concept through final production while supporting larger initiatives
• Work independently across client and internal projects while managing multiple deadlines
• Clearly communicate design concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders
• Develop visual solutions aligned with brand strategy and project goals
• Adapt quickly to new formats, tools, and creative challenges as project needs evolve
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure clean handoffs to internal teams or vendors
• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and brand assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding systems, campaign design, and multi-channel execution
• Advanced skills in typography, layout, and visual systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating in a team environment and incorporating feedback
• Strong organization and time management skills across multiple projects

Tools & Technical Skills
Required:

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Preferred:

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Google Slides
• Experience designing presentation decks and marketing materials

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
