Signature Labor Services is expanding! We’re seeking a sharp, detail-driven professional to join our internal team and play a key role in developing successful government contract proposals, especially for federal staffing opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and track open government bid opportunities, particularly on platforms like SAM.gov
  • Draft, format, and finalize proposal content, pricing, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure all proposals meet submission guidelines, compliance standards, and deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and resources
  • Maintain organized records of previous proposals, submissions, and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in contract writing, proposal support, or legal documentation
  • Solid understanding of federal RFPs and government procurement systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience with staffing-related contracts is a plus

Compensation

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types: Commission

Location: Onsite; Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | $45K–$75K DOE Plus Monthly Bonus
