Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support client analyses, conduct research, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Interview stakeholders, document sales processes, and assess technology enablers such as CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools.
- Facilitate workshops, collaborate with executives, and mentor junior consultants.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging sales operating models, customer experience trends, and AI applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent considered.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or industry positions focused on commercial functions or related technologies.
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid passport, US driver’s license, and willingness to travel 50‑80% domestically and internationally.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Experience with lead‑to‑cash business processes and sales technology solutions (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
- Ability to design end‑to‑end technology roadmaps and deliver low‑to‑high maturity engagements.
- Knowledge of B2C and B2B sales environments, core sales process components, and key performance indicators.
- Agile delivery mindset and familiarity with AI use cases that support sales functions.
