Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY040045]

We are seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training candidates with relevant Education and Academia Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Education and Academia Sector Clients such as the Army. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support (Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training) in the Education and Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the Department of Army (Army). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Develop and implement ISD models to create military language curricula. Work with SMEs to align curricula with ILR standards. Evaluate and update materials based on feedback and program needs. Desired Qualifications Expertise in instructional systems design, especially in military language training. Familiarity with ILR standards and methods of evaluation. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Master’s in Instructional Systems Design or related field. 5+ years in ISD, with military language training preferred. Skills Required Proficient in instructional design software. Able to assess and improve instructional programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting. Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners. Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment.
