Are you a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for supporting seniors and specialty populations? As the Senior Associate, Product Marketing (MedSup, PDP & Specialty), you’ll support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Humana’s Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Specialty products. You’ll help ensure our messaging is clear, compliant, and tailored to the needs of our members.
Key Role Functions
Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for MedSup, PDP, and Specialty products
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence
Support campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and positioning
Help manage marketing calendars, content development, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Medicare Supplement (MedSup), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), or specialty products
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards for Medicare-related communications
Demonstrated ability to support go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Sales, and Brand
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with CMS regulations and senior-focused marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Background in digital marketing, creative development, or content strategy for regulated healthcare products
Background in member engagement or lifecycle marketing
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
Professional certifications in healthcare marketing, digital strategy, or Medicare compliance
Experience working with managed care organizations (MCOs), pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), or CMS
