Senior Associate, Marketing Data Scientist, Marketing Planning & Forecasting Analytics
Responsibilities
Analyze acquisition campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to refine targeting.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
Document methodologies and contribute to governance efforts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in acquisition marketing analytics.
3+ years experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
2+ years experience in programming in Python, Spark, and SQL
1+ years experience in test setup and measurement, including A/B, multivariate, incrementality, and inference
1+ years experience in Predictive modeling: logistic regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost
1+ years experience in R, including packages such as rstan, bayesforecast, forecast, and data manipulation tools like tidyverse.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.
Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.
Familiarity with Databricks
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics/CJA
Work environment
Remote or hybrid work arrangements supported; occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.
Scheduled weekly hours: 40
Base pay range
$117,600.00/yr - $161,700.00/yr
