About Hyperlayer We are a recently well-funded UK-based fintech company and now expanding into the US market with an innovative family banking and dependent spend card software platform purpose-built for retail banks, community banks, and credit unions. Our solution empowers financial institutions to launch new card products faster, drive customer loyalty, and unlock new revenue streams in a high-growth, competitive category.

As we enter the US market, we’re building a small and agile go-to-market team, combining an external agency model with our first in-house marketing and sales hires. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of our US launch, helping shape the brand narrative, and directly influence growth in a market where we’re an ambitious new challenger.

About The Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, experimenter, and hands‑on doer. This is a mid-level role perfect for someone with 3–6 years of experience in growth, revenue or performance marketing, ideally in fintech and B2B SaaS selling into financial institutions. You’ll work closely with our external consultants and advisors as well as internal teams to own key acquisition and engagement channels, partner with our agencies, and collaborate closely with sales to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own US Growth Campaigns – Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across paid media (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, display), content, partnerships, and ABM to generate demand among target banks and credit unions.

Collaborate with Agencies & Internal Teams – Manage creative and content agencies and/or freelancers, ensuring campaigns align with our GTM strategy and deliver measurable ROI.

Experiment Relentlessly – Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates, lower CAC, and refine messaging for the US market.

Develop Targeted Content – Partner with product experts, external consultants and advisors and agencies/freelancers to create high‑impact landing pages, case studies and event collateral that resonate with US banking decision‑makers (ICPs/ personas).

Measure & Optimize – Collaborate with agencies to track performance metrics including impressions, leads, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity, and channel ROI; use data to inform ongoing strategy and budget allocation.

Support Sales Enablement – Collaborate with the sales team to equip them with campaigns, messaging, and insights to close deals faster.

Build Brand Presence in the US – Leverage PR, events, and partnerships to establish credibility in a market where we’re a new entrant.

You Should Apply If You Have

3–6 years of growth, performance, revenue or demand generation marketing experience in fintech or B2B SaaS (bonus if you’ve marketed to banks or credit unions).

Proven success running acquisition and ABM campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.

Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. Specific experience with the following martech platforms: HubSpot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo or similar, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic retargeting platforms, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Data‑driven mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach to optimization.

Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to executive‑level buyers.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment with shifting priorities.

Self‑starter with the ability to work with ambiguity.

Bonus: Familiarity with the US banking industry, family banking products, or dependent spend card solutions.
