Coordinator - Community Engagement Outside LEADER OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS + RESULTS The Coordinator is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by managing systems and driving catering sales.
This is a 20 hour per week hourly position.
Managing Systems (3 hours a week)
Ensures proper management and documentation of all business area systems.
Builds a comprehensive growth strategy that drives outside catering sales initiatives to the enterprise annually.
Oversees Community Engagement systems to ensure organizational simplicity and efficiency.
Adheres strictly to putting every order into the deferred order system.
Builds and completes the Community Engagement-Outside weekly/monthly checklist on Oneclick.
Builds a comprehensive playbook—including a weekly/monthly checklist on Oneclick, customer contact information (CRM), etc.—to maintain organizational continuity.
Ensures complete fiscal responsibility for community concepts sales, profitability, and team management.
Drives Area Marketing Team meetings and annual area marketing plan (Monthly).
Strictly adheres to the Chick‑fil‑A Toledo food safety standards.
Builds and implements a weekly compliance system to verify time worked, projects worked on, and weekly results (Submitted every Monday by 5 p.m.).
Driving Sales (17 hours a week)
Ensures proper management and documentation of all Community Engagement outside sales systems.
Develops and implements a simple, comprehensive business plan to achieve long‑term catering sales growth, including:
Catering Sales: Executes a comprehensive catering sales strategy to boost catering sales and increase customer spend.
ADP Sales: Executes a comprehensive catering sales strategy to boost ADP (Additional Distribution Point) sales.
Spotlight: Drives catering customer loyalty using intentional Spotlight initiatives.
Serve Only Trailer: Works with community contacts, health departments, and restaurant leaders to implement and promote a daily Serve Only Trailer operation serving NW Ohio and SE Michigan.
Creates and manages a customer database for new catering guests and implements a strategy for customer follow‑up, ensuring sustained catering relationships.
Expected Results Food Safety
Zero health inspection violations.
Zero high‑risk SAFE violations.
Achieve 2 or better on the Food Safety Meter.
Growth
Catering transactions and spend.
Serve Only Trailer transactions and spend.
Double/Double‑Double catering sales in two years.
Area Marketing Team outcomes.
