The person in this position will work closely with the team in developing the frontend and server side of the web application Project duties include requirements analysis, front-end and back-end web application development, testing, and participation in interactive code reviews Hands-on development experience as part of a team modernizing government applications will be helpful Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing fine-grained authorization policies and mechanisms within applications to control specific data, features, and functionalities at a granular level is valuable Expectations for this position are development of quality code, following coding standards, active participation in code reviews, sharing expertise, respectful communication, transparency, technical documentation, and the ability to perform production support The developer may work on other projects as needed The candidate should be able to work independently and know when to ask for help A successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be a team player The senior level .NET Web Developer designs, develops, and implements web-based applications using .NET framework to support business requirements Includes the use of related development technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE and supported programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, bootstrap) and scripting languages (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript) Performs development of front-end and back-end development of web applications and web API's (webservices) Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates documentation, and performs application coding and testing Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Can perform with no direct supervision, code is reviewed by team. Reviews junior developer’s code Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. Requires a bachelor's or associates degree in area of specialty or 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area Strong technical skills with C# and ASP.NET, .NET Core, VB.NET, .NET Framework (10+ Years) Technical mastery of JavaScript and jQuery (10+ Years) Technical mastery of KendoUI (8+ Years) Demonstrated expertise with SQL Server, DB2 and Oracle (10+ Years) Prior experience implementing security standards and regulations related to data access and authorization (8+ Years) Preferred Education and Experience

C# and ASP.NET development experience (10 Years) Hands-on experience with .NET Core 6/7/8 (8 Years) Strong skills in debugging legacy codebase (e.g., VB.NET) (10 Years) Understanding of .NET Framework (10 Years) Experience with development in and best practices of KendoUI (8 Years) Strong proficiency in frontend scripting (i.e., JavaScript, jQuery) (10 Years) Demonstrated experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexing, and performance tuning (10 Years) Solid understanding of working with multiple RDBMS systems (i.e., Oracle and DB2) (10 Years) Ability to handle data integration, migration, and cross-platform queries (10 years) Experience building and consuming web services (10 Years) Knowledge of ORM tools and raw data access strategies (e.g., Entity Framework, Dapper, ADO.NET) (8 Years) Demonstrated ability with fronted integration using HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and browser compatibility (8 Years) Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests for front-end and back-end code (10 Years) Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation (10 Years) Conducting requirements analysis (8 Years) Experience with authentication and authorization techniques and tools (e.g., Okta) (8 Years) Excellent clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbally (10 Years) Experience with the full SDLC and knowledge of project management principles (10 Years) Familiarity with version control systems (i.e., Git) and Jira (8 Years) Design, implementation of and compliance with security and data access standards, including fine-grained authorization (8 Years) Benefits
