Associate Account Director / Account Director, Influencer Marketing
Join Acceleration Partners to manage high‑level influencer marketing campaigns across regions. We seek an experienced senior digital marketing professional with leadership experience to autonomously manage cross‑regional teams, serve as a client liaison, and drive KPI‑driven results.
Location & Travel
Remote work from home; some travel (up to 25%) for client meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Growth: Provide strategic guidance, innovate tactics and efficiencies, and pursue expansion opportunities with clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, retain talent, and monitor team performance.
- Client Service: Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and ensure client satisfaction (NPS 8+).
- Profitability & Resource Allocation: Manage utilization, staffing plans, and profitability of accounts.
- Cross‑department Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Success in the First 6 Months
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of influencer programs, build client relationships, deliver results, and coach teams with minimal guidance.
Success in the First Year
Fully accountable for program performance, secure client retention, pitch expansion opportunities, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualities & Qualifications
- 6+ years digital marketing and agency experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven leadership with hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong experience launching influencer campaigns for consumer brands; knowledge of affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN) and affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ) preferred.
- Data‑driven, analytical mindset; Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship building.
- Remote collaboration skills.
