Associate Account Director/Account Director, Influencer Marketing
Acceleration Partners is looking for an experienced senior level digital marketing professional to lead our influencer marketing practice. This is a remote, work‑from‑home position with occasional travel (up to 25%) for client meetings and conferences.

Role Overview
As a key partner marketing leader, you will autonomously manage cross‑regional teams, serve as a client‑facing liaison, and act as an escalation point for AP and client teams. You will develop and manage KPI‑driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer product and/or service brands, ensuring client happiness, retention, growth KPIs, and high‑quality deliverables.

Portfolio Growth (Strategy, Execution, Performance and Expansion) – Provide high‑level strategic guidance, innovate strategies and efficiencies, grow client programs, and develop expansion proposals.
Lead, Manage and Hold Your Team Accountable – Oversee account teams, mentor, coach, hire, keep team happy and retain talent.
Superior Client Service (Communication, Satisfaction, Retention) – Build strong relationships with client contacts, manage escalations, and deliver high‑value outcomes.
Resource Allocation and Profitability – Manage utilization, staffing plans, and ensure profitability while expanding portfolio revenue.
Internal Responsibilities – Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, drive process improvements, share information, and flag key risks.
Success Metrics
By 6 months : You oversee day‑to‑day operations for multiple influencer programs across regions, have strong relationships with key client contacts, and deliver on growth and performance goals with a net promoter score of 8+.
By 1 year : You fully own program performance, consistently meet or exceed client expectations, maximize efficiency and win expansion opportunities, and maintain profitability and high client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of digital marketing and agency experience
Bachelor’s degree
Proven leadership: interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance management
Deep understanding of omni‑channel/digital marketing and influencer campaigns for consumer brands
Knowledge of attribution and integration of influencer with affiliate marketing
Experience with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, etc.) preferred
Experience with affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc.) preferred
Travel up to 25% including international
Analytical, data‑driven mindset, advanced Excel skills
Outstanding customer service, independent decision making and problem solving
Strategic thinker able to develop and lead comprehensive influencer marketing strategies

Target base salary $100,000‑$120,000 (location, experience and level dependent)
