About the Role: Acceleration Partners is leading the evolving partner?marketing landscape. We seek an experienced senior digital marketing professional who can autonomously manage cross?regional teams for our influencer marketing practice, serving as a high?level client liaison and a point of escalation for AP and client teams. The successful candidate will develop and manage KPI?driven influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies, while aligning with broader affiliate and partnership marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Growth (Strategy, Execution, Performance, & Expansion) Provide high?level strategic guidance, identify expansion opportunities, and advance client objectives while ensuring growth KPIs.
- Lead, Manage & Hold Team Accountable Oversee account teams, mentor, coach, and develop direct reports, while monitoring team happiness and retention.
- Superior Client Service Build strong relationships with C?level contacts, manage escalations, and maintain a net promoter score of 8+.
- Resource Allocation & Profitability Manage utilization, staffing plans, and profitability, identifying opportunities to increase portfolio revenue.
- Internal Responsibilities Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations; lead process improvements and risk mitigation.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of digital marketing and agency experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proven leadership track record: hiring, developing, coaching, and performance management.
- Deep knowledge of omni?channel digital marketing and successful influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
- Understanding of digital attribution and the intersection of influencer & affiliate marketing.
- Experience with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc.) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Outstanding customer service and independent decision?making skills.
- Strategic thinker who can develop and lead comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
