Description
As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide make‑up application, skin care advice, fragrance, hair, or beauty consultations. You will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.
You will also collaborate with a high‑performing team to impact in‑store events and maintain visual merchandising standards that set the store apart from competitors.

Certification in makeup artistry and prior retail makeup experience are desirable, but we also value applicants with beginner‑level skills and those looking to develop expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation.

Qualifications
- While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
- All applicants must provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to interview.
Pay Range
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget and may vary by geographic location.
This role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with possibilities for overachievement based on performance and company results.
