Description

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and create a welcoming, inspirational personalized in‑store experience. You will work with a high performing team to achieve visual merchandising standards and participate in in‑store events.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup application, skincare, hair, or fragrance consultation to customers.
• Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Support the store’s visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in in‑store events and special promotions.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; beginner level accepted.
• Demonstrate high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range is $21.60 to $32.40, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. Selected candidates may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a highly competitive bonus program.
