Job Summary

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team, contribute to in‑store events, and maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, authentic customer service to build strong relationships with shoppers.
• Offer makeup application, skin‑care advice, and fragrance or hair consultations.
• Support in‑store events and store visual merchandising to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Use retail point‑of‑sale software to process transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of brand products and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• At least basic or amateur level retail experience preferred; advanced makeup artistry certification is desirable but not required.
• Strong creative and technical expertise in makeup, skincare, fragrance, or hair.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, nights, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country, if requested during interview.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact rate varies by experience, skills, education and geographic location. An annual discretionary bonus may also be available.
