The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. Manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. Supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Personnel Management: Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff. Financial Management: Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement. Strategic Leasing Management: Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems. Administrative & Maintenance Management: Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis. Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required. Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. License/Equipment

Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement. Salary Range: $29 per hour to $31 per hour Asset Living offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable.
