This is a seasonal role starting in November/December with full‑time or part‑time hours based on your availability and business needs. Start and end dates may vary slightly due to weather or staffing.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies.
  • Assist the Local Manager with opening day preparations: hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures.
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures to ensure optimal guest experiences.
  • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalated to IT or Local Management when needed.
  • Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership.
  • Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving skills and good judgment.
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
  • Available to attend mandatory pre‑season training.
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum 20 hours a week or as needed.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Previous retail/assistant manager experience preferred; photography experience not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
