Pay Range: $18.81 – $19.81 per hour

This is a seasonal role starting in November/December, with full‑time or part‑time hours based on your availability and business needs. Start and end dates may vary slightly due to weather or staffing.

Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
- Assist the Local Manager with preparations for the opening day, including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home. (Photography experience not required.)
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalated to IT or Local Management when needed.
- Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills, good judgment and the ability to make strong, independent decisions.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
- Available to attend mandatory pre‑season training.
- Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
Knowledge, Experience & Skill
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
