Content and Product Marketing Specialist Custom Ink is seeking a Content and Product Marketing Specialist. This is a remote role with eligibility limited to states where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer. Eligible states include: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MO, MS, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA. Reports to: Director of Marketing Travel: Minimal travel as determined by business needs. What we’re looking for We’re seeking a Product & Content Marketing Specialist with a passion for creating compelling content and translating complex features into clear messaging. The ideal candidate has experience in a B2B or technical B2C space and is a creative thinker who can develop content and product marketing strategies that support our ecommerce and swag management platform. You are a skilled writer, a collaborative team player, and familiar with using data to measure and optimize your work. 3-4 years of experience in a B2B or technical B2C marketing role, focused on content and product marketing A strong portfolio of content, including blog posts, case studies, sales collateral, and website copy Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals Experience in product marketing, including crafting product messaging and go-to-market strategies Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Understanding of how to use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions Experience in creating content strategy that balances customer-friendly content with search marketing best practices What you’ll do Partner with the Director of Marketing on developing strategy and owning execution of content strategies supporting our ecommerce and swag management platforms Craft product messaging and positioning for new platform features and offerings Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market message Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets Create and manage the creation of content such as case studies, blog posts, sales collateral, and website copy Use data and analytics to measure content performance and inform future strategies Support brand awareness and lead generation through organic search initiatives and various forms of content distribution and promotion How you’ll be measured Timeliness and quality of content created and delivered Effectiveness of go-to-market strategies for new platform features based on adoption and customer growth Growth in key content metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead conversions) Feedback from cross-functional partners on collaboration and support How you’ll make a difference You’ll be the voice of our swag.com brand and directly shape how we communicate its value to B2B customers. Your work will drive engagement, retention, and growth, supporting go-to-market efforts for new releases and establishing Swag.com as a leader in the industry. Compensation For this salaried, exempt position, the pay range is $73,000 – $82,000. Placement within the range is determined by knowledge, skills, years and depth of experience, and internal equity.
