Summary Regal Professional Services is partnering with a fast-growing OEM/white-label manufacturer specializing in consumer products combining innovation, quality, and speed-to-market to support partner brands from concept through commercialization. The team is building from the ground up — creating the systems, products, and partnerships that will define the next era of modern manufacturing excellence.
Position Overview The Account & Marketing Manager serves as the key link between clients, internal teams, and leadership. This individual will manage customer relationships, oversee brand development, and ensure seamless delivery of projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day account management for OEM and white-label clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with each client’s brand goals, from concept to packaging to launch.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, quality, and executive teams to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and client presentations.
Analyze market data and consumer trends to support brand positioning and new product development.
Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
Maintain consistent communication with clients — providing updates, resolving issues, and anticipating needs before they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or account management — preferably within
CPG, manufacturing, or white-label/OEM sectors .
Proven success in managing client relationships, delivering marketing campaigns, and coordinating internal teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present ideas and reports clearly to executives and clients.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Comfortable operating in a startup-style, high-growth manufacturing environment with evolving systems and processes.
Preferred but not required
Experience in nicotine, nutraceutical, or regulated product industries.
Knowledge of
FDA labeling, GMP , or compliance processes.
Creative skill set (basic design, content, or social media experience a plus).
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
Understanding of product costing, pricing, and competitive positioning.
