A fast-growing functional beverage company is building the next evolution of modern lifestyle drinks — products that deliver real purpose, clean energy, and authentic brand culture. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to step into a Director-level impact role and help shape the future of a brand with serious national growth momentum.
This is not a corporate job. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on momentum, owns outcomes, and turns smart strategy into market traction.

Define and evolve brand voice, architecture, and storytelling
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans to support expansion
Collaborate on packaging and innovation narratives

Build trade marketing assets and sell-in tools for distributor and retail partners
Partner with sales to develop commercial-ready launch plans
Create retailer decks, sell sheets, and channel playbooks

Lead content strategy across social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Build brand storytelling that drives awareness and loyalty
Manage content calendar, creators, and brand collaborations
E-Commerce & Digital Growth
Lead the brand’s e-commerce strategy across owned and third‑party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Instacart, Drizly)
Optimize online store performance, product listings, and conversion funnels
Oversee digital merchandising, pricing, and promotional calendars
Partner with Operations and Fulfillment to ensure seamless DTC order flow and customer experience
Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, repeat purchase rate) to drive growth and efficiency
Collaborate with paid media partners to maximize e-commerce ROI through performance marketing campaigns
Distributor & Retail Marketing
Develop activation strategies to support velocity and sell‑through
Own POS strategy, merchandising programs, and retail visibility
Drive account‑specific marketing campaigns and programs

Lead integrated marketing for product launches and new market entries
Create hype + commercial readiness through coordinated campaigns
Who You Are
5–8+ years in CPG marketing (beverage experience a plus but not required)
Proven track record with high‑growth or challenger brands
Equal parts strategic thinker and doer
Confident working cross‑functionally with sales, leadership, and design
Strong grasp of branding, social content, GTM, and field/trade marketing
Thrives in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments
Comfortable building systems, assets, and processes from the ground up

Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or social creators
Familiar with KPI‑driven marketing and budget planning
What You’ll Love
Big brand vision with startup speed and energy
Real ownership and ability to shape a brand early in its growth story
