Event Producer, Badging (Event Registration)

Join TWST Events in the Badging department as a hybrid role working from home, our warehouse, and onsite at events. Cross‑training opportunities are available and travel up to 40% is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • On‑site event registration and customer service.
  • Technical support, staging, preparation, and breakdown of equipment.
  • Pack and ship event gear.
  • Ensure all badge equipment is operational; deliver final samples to clients.
  • Manage specific components of event production in primary service (webcasting, AV, badging, or virtual concierge).
  • Assist Senior Producers in complex, multi‑service events.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and TWST staff during events.
  • Supervise independent contractors and provide on‑the‑job training to coordinators.
  • Participate in post‑event debriefs and provide feedback on team performance.
  • Apply cross‑trained skills during events and support flexibility.
  • Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs.
  • Document event details for post‑event reports.
  • Stay updated on service‑specific technologies.

Qualifications

  • 1‑3 years of live event production experience in at least one of: webcasting, AV, badging, or virtual concierge.
  • Strong technical skills in badging hardware/software (e.g., Zebra printers, RFID scanners) and basic knowledge of a second service.
  • Ability to work independently, supervise junior staff or contractors, and collaborate in fast‑paced environments.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel up to 40%.

Schedule

  • Day shifts, Monday‑Friday.
  • Occasional weekend work and travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000 yearly.
