$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Position Summary
Oversee maintenance operations across Walmart and Sam's Club facilities in the region, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and productivity. Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing. Implement the business plan, set goals, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Monitor and analyze productivity and business reports to optimize performance. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.). Identify and address associate, customer, or supplier concerns and develop corrective actions. Supervise, develop, and evaluate associates and leaders, including coaching, training, and performance feedback. Manage daily maintenance operations, track equipment performance, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee financial aspects: monitor expenses, capital expenditures, budget adherence, asset utilization, and prepare reports. Promote an inclusive workplace that respects diversity and fosters belonging, attracting and retaining top talent. Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and drive continuous improvement through new technologies and best practices. Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial‑related field and at least 1 year of related maintenance department supervisory experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field, OR 1 year of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload, and participating in hiring and promotion, OR 2 years of Walmart logistics maintenance experience, including six months of leading a work or project team, OR 2 years of supervisory experience in an industrial‑related environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload, and participating in hiring and promotion along with 1 year of maintenance field experience. Preferred Qualifications
Compliance, General Maintenance, Microsoft Office, Refrigeration Equipment – Supermarkets. Experience supervising associates and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. Bachelors in Business or Logistics. Benefits
