Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Title UI Developer Direct hire, full-time position with salary up to 80-110K. Must be a USC/GC holder; no sponsorship. About the Role Job Responsibilities: Write the HTML, CSS, and JS needed for frontend applications across multiple screen sizes Create websites from proof of concepts and designs using a design system Identify opportunities and provide solutions for improving user experience throughout the Frontend Application and company websites Work with other Frontend Developers and Architects to help implement designs as needed Evaluate and complete performance improvements throughout the Frontend Application and company websites Monitor UX technology trends and innovations, market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies Participate and present ideas in meetings concisely for non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in UX design and/or frontend development supporting software applications or website development Excellent knowledge of working in a shared code source environment Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS Strong understanding of CSS and JS frontend frameworks Strong understanding of responsive web design and the ability to adapt designs to any screen size Basic understanding of accessibility requirements for software applications or websites Basic knowledge of Figma and/or Zeplin Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions Ability to collaborate with other UX/UI members by actively participating in feedback sessions Self‑direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanor Attention to accuracy and detail Deadline‑sensitive and adaptable to change Benefits Medical (PPO/HDHP), vision, disability, and life insurance Enhanced dental plan with orthodontia coverage Generous PTO plan for all benefit‑time eligible employees Paid company holidays and 4 floating holidays Paid parental leave Employee Retirement Savings Plan/401(k) with company match and immediate vesting Education Assistance Program offering 100% upfront tuition reimbursement after 6 months of service Service Recognition Program providing a monetary award toward a vacation every 5 years of employment Wellness Initiatives including Fitness Center and Weight Watchers reimbursement programs Voluntary benefits that include accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity Employee discount and rewards program on travel, tickets, electronics, home, and more Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design Industries Insurance Contact If you are interested in this role, please apply now.
