Our Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a driven and customer-focused Licensed Agency Producer to join our sales team. We provide insurance products that protect our clients' homes, cars, lives, and businesses, and we're looking for someone eager to help people find the right coverage while growing their own success.
As an Agency Producer, you'll play a key role in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. This position offers a competitive base pay, plus uncapped commission, and opportunities for professional growth with one of the most recognized brands in the industry.

Responsibilities
Build rapport with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
Recommend personalized insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and business lines
Conduct needs-based policy reviews and make appropriate coverage updates
Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound calls, and marketing campaigns
Generate high volumes of accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
Maintain detailed and compliant client records using agency systems
Cross-sell products to increase client retention and overall account value
Requirement
Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license (required)
Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
