Responsibilities As a Sales Producer in our Kalamazoo office, you’ll focus on creating strong client connections and converting high‑quality leads into new business. Your daily work will include:
Contacting and converting qualified leads provided by the agency
Managing follow‑ups and sales pipelines to close opportunities efficiently
Handling inbound sales calls and presenting tailored insurance solutions
Building trust and generating referrals through outstanding client experiences
Expanding your influence through community involvement and networking
Requirements
Insurance or sales experience required (or proven success in a results‑driven role)
Active Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one before starting (licensing support provided)
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn
Professional demeanor, strong follow‑through, and attention to detail
Integrity and accountability in every interaction
Desire for continuous learning, skill development, and advancement
