Responsibilities
- Build rapport with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and business lines
- Conduct needs-based policy reviews and make appropriate coverage updates
- Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound calls, and marketing campaigns
- Generate high volumes of accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
- Maintain detailed and compliant client records using agency systems
- Cross-sell products to increase client retention and overall account value
Requirement
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license (required)
- Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
