Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in Slovak via email, phone, and chat Assist users with account management, playlists, and streaming queries Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues and concerns Provide detailed information regarding music features and platform offerings Collect user feedback to improve overall service and functionalities Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the platform Qualifications
Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the music or entertainment sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A proactive and customer-centric approach Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and software Benefits
