In this exciting entry level role, you will be the main point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and assistance regarding our music streaming services. Your fluency in Nordic languages will help you connect with users and enhance their experience on our platform.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via email, phone, and chat
Assist users with issues related to music streaming, account management, and features
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex client issues
Provide detailed information about the platform’s features and updates
Gather user feedback to help improve our services
Engage in training sessions to stay current with product updates and best practices
Qualifications
Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the music or technology sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
