Responsibilities
Lead the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of audio equipment and instruments for events and Sunday services
Lead audio setup for weekly worship rehearsal; set instruments and clean cabling for the stage
Create and manage additional audio projects as assigned
Assist pastors with audio needs for sermons. Adjust headset, etc.
Assist worship leaders with audio needs. Creative musical styles or effects, etc.
Build weekly Digico, Klang, Waves, Fourier, and Protools sessions
Organize audio cables, mics, stands, instruments, etc., and keep clean/safe paths on and around stage and studio for movement of people
Store all unneeded mics, instruments, cables, and equipment in an orderly fashion in their proper place
Help create and maintain an inventory list for audio production equipment
Repair and maintain audio gear regularly; propose plans for replacement or future systems
Team Building
Recruit and train new audio team members
Meet regularly with audio team volunteers
Ensure all audio positions are assigned and filled
Set and Stage
Assist in stage and set change including the setup/strike of design materials
Push or be pushed in the lift for hang/focus projects or other lift-required projects (must be able-bodied and okay with heights)
Competencies and Requirements
Audio Software (Familiar with Adobe Production Suite, Protools, Dante, Fourier, Waves, Universal Audio, Plugin Alliance, Sony Oxford, Izotope, etc.)
Team Focused (be able to work or coordinate with a team through the execution of transformative video)

Sunday Morning Expectations
This is a “Sunday morning job.” This means serving on the CW / Production team most Sundays (just like CK, CS, OPs). 3 out of every 4 Sundays per month is a helpful baseline, not a maximum
Seek responsibilities on Sundays if you have none
Follow a consistent office schedule that is more in‑office than remote so you can be available for meetings and collaboration
Travel required for conferences and learning
