Assess patient needs and develop individualized activity plans.
Lead therapeutic activity groups.
Maintain the health and safety of patients.
Document evaluations of progress and participate in treatment team meetings.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s Degree in an associated discipline with Certified Recreation Therapist (CTRS) certification.
Licensure/Certification: Registered Art Therapist, Certified Music Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist, Registered Physical Therapist, Certified Recreation Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years providing Activity Therapy, preferably psychiatric setting with children, adolescents, and adults.
