Position: Activity Therapist Key responsibilities include: conducting activity assessments on patients, running therapeutic activity groups, maintaining patient health and safety, completing and documenting evaluations of progress, and participating in the treatment team. The therapist is responsible for improving patient functioning and independence through activity resources and opportunities, with a focus on health and well‑being.

Qualifications Education:
Master’s Degree in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s Degree in an associated discipline with Certified Recreation Therapist (CTRS) certification.
Licensure / Certification:
Registered Art Therapist, Certified Music Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist, Registered Physical Therapist, Certified Recreation Therapist, or Certified Yoga Instructor.
Experience:
Two (2) years of activity therapy experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting with children, adolescents and adult populations.
