Kitchen Designer

Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot supports three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measurements, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs

Provide showroom tours and arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements

Discuss room designs with customers and present purchasing recommendations

Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary

Maintain a safe, attractive showroom environment and promote positive store appearance

Support department and store goals through customer-focused service
