Handle escalations with grace; ensure white‑glove touches (greetings, amenities, surprise‑and‑delight moments) that drive retention and referrals.

CRM, Data & Ops (PeopleVine + 7Rooms): manage CRM hygiene, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys (application → onboarding → engagement → renewal); track campaign and funnel performance; publish KPI dashboards (apps submitted/approved, CAC, conversion, time‑to‑seat, retention, NPS, referrals); ensure reservations, hold notes, and member preferences flow cleanly across teams and systems.
