Overview

The Membership & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative, marketing, and operational support across all facets of Biba’s membership program and internal departments. This role works closely with Ownership, F&B Operations, IT, and various teams to ensure smooth communication, organized workflow, and consistent member engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

Provide general administrative support across membership, marketing, and operations Maintain and update CRM records, membership lists, renewal schedules, and internal documents Assist with organizing communication, scheduling, tracking tasks, and supporting cross-departmental needs Maintain organized digital files and shared resources within Google Drive Prepare basic reports, summaries, and simple internal documents as needed Membership Support

Assist with membership onboarding, follow-ups, benefits updates, renewals, and general communication Support member engagement initiatives, outreach, and experience-enhancing touchpoints Help coordinate member-related events, including RSVP management, reminders, check‑ins, and light on‑site support Communicate with members in a friendly, professional manner to support general inquiries and assist where needed Marketing & Communications

Assist with basic social media posting, content gathering, and simple design tasks via Canva Build and send newsletters, announcements, and general updates using online communication tools Support creation of promotional offers, member benefits, and simple marketing materials Help prepare presentations and internal marketing assets Digital & Analytics

Provide light support with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Analytics (pulling data, tracking simple metrics) Assist with organizing marketing data, performance summaries, and engagement tracking Required Skills & Competencies

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Mac OS applications, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, Canva, and general digital tools Basic working understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Analytics as well as other SAAS products. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Tech‑forward, adaptable, quick to learn new systems Positive attitude, dependable, and motivated to grow with the company This is an in-office position located on Palm Beach. Full-time role with benefits and a competitive salary.
