Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our business development and marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and implement communication strategies that reflect the firm’s brand and positioning, shape and disseminate high‑impact messaging in support of key business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital content for use in external campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new leads and nurture existing connections.
Collaborate with the Content Specialist and Content Coordinator to create, optimize content across blogs, emails, social media, and other digital channels.
Produce and edit video content and podcasts to support marketing campaigns and thought‑leadership initiatives.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social‑media channels.
Manage website and landing pages to improve SEO, engagement, and conversion rates.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform strategy.
Manage HubSpot marketing automation platform to segment audiences, track leads, and optimize workflows to support cross‑selling and new client development.
Stay current on inbound marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
Design graphics for digital and print assets.
Qualifications & Prior Experience
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services firm.
Proficiency with HubSpot inbound marketing and marketing automation tools.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for blogs, email, social media, and video podcasts.
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro for video production.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social‑media platforms.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
Ability to use AI tools and craft effective prompts to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year.
