Compensation:
$40–$43/hr (W2) ($83,000 – $90,000/year)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Location:
Remote (must be based in Greater Seattle area)
Contract:
3 months with possible extension

About the Role:
Our client’s Supply Chain Risk and Compliance Education & Creative Services team is seeking an Instructional Designer II to create engaging, scalable learning experiences that support compliance and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with global leaders and subject matter experts to design strategic, performance-driven content across multiple modalities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to define learning strategies and align training to business goals
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning opportunities
Translate complex regulatory requirements into impactful training materials
Design and develop eLearning, videos, simulations, and instructor-led materials
Analyze training effectiveness and report insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in instructional design and training strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS tools
Strong communication and project management skills
Portfolio showcasing learning design examples (especially Storyline projects)
