Job Responsibilities
Develop training programs for roles such as Sales Engineering and Technical Enablement, simplifying complex technical subjects into engaging content.
Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Enablement Learning and Design and subject matter experts to shape curriculum strategy and develop detailed content.
Create multi-format learning assets, including eLearnings, facilitator-led sessions, and workshop materials.
Apply instructional design best practices to structure content that reinforces behavior change and skill application.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, instructional design, or course development within SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical industries.
Proven track record in designing and writing technical or sales-engineering-focused enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Proficient collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
Exceptional writing, editing, and self-review skills, with a sharp eye for grammar and instructional flow.
Experience developing multi-modal learning materials, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and quick reference materials.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating enablement content for Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, or Partner audiences.
Knowledge of enablement platforms such as Highspot, Docebo, and Articulate.
Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other complex technology environments.
Proficient storytelling abilities, making complex technical information easy to understand in a business context.
