What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and execute the entire awards program strategy, including identifying and submitting high-quality nominations
Develop and maintain a strategic calendar for industry conferences and manage the submission process
Produce and present regular communications reports for executive and internal teams
Provide operational support for select paid media programs, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables
Manage the company's media database for Share of Voice tracking and coverage reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B tech
Minimum 2 years of experience handling speaking and awards programs
Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with PR agencies and cross-functional internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Muck Rack, and Google Workspace
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
