PURPOSE

As the Senior Manager CRM Transformation & Marketing Technology, you’ll lead strategic improvements across outbound channels—email, push, and SMS—enhancing consumer experience and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and evolve the North America CRM and Martech strategy in alignment with global teams. Audit current systems and build roadmaps that support long-term growth and membership goals. Lead implementation and adoption of new tools, optimizing workflows and team efficiency. Partner across analytics, finance, ecommerce, and membership teams to ground decisions in data. Champion change management and process education across the organization. KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Experience with enterprise CRM platforms and outbound marketing channels Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Strong communication and presentation skills Proven success in process and technology optimization QUALIFICATIONS
