In this key Entry Level role , you will be the go-to support person for our German-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional assistance as they navigate our streaming services and explore a wide array of TV shows and movies. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and customer service. You will play a critical role in enhancing the viewing experience for our users by promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
