Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $160,000 USD + stock options Minimum of 25 days annual leave and up to 10 days of paid sick and carer's leave 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave with flexible return options Generous healthcare coverage, including 100% for individuals and 75% for dependents Remote-first work environment with a focus on transparency and collaboration Opportunities for professional growth and a clear career progression path What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Research and develop insights about customer needs and industry-specific requirements to shape the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy Create effective GTM strategies targeting central IT, business units, and individual teams within enterprises Develop clear messaging that communicates Octopus’s business value to various audiences in large companies Produce persuasive marketing materials, including articles, videos, demos, and case studies, both independently and collaboratively Collaborate with Digital and Field Marketing to design demand and lead generation campaigns and assess their success What is Required (Qualifications) 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software product marketing, particularly with SaaS products Proven experience in positioning technical solutions that enhance organizational productivity Ability to create sales messaging for enterprise sellers' account-based campaigns Experience in developing go-to-market strategies based on market insights Strong self-driven work ethic in a distributed environment, with the flexibility to travel for team meet-ups and industry events How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in DevOps tooling or other Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools Background in leading cross-functional projects and engaging with various stakeholders Familiarity with developing targeted communication for specific personas We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
