Job Details Description POSITION PURPOSE: The Product Support Coordinator will help coordinate and execute communications operations. This role will support product management, specification efforts, and communications tasks.

Principal Accountabilities

Draft, edit and coordinate the production of communications content that is consistent with the organization’s brand and style.

Organize and deliver all web content in a logical and consistent manner.

Execute updates to the website as requested and keep online documentation current.

Track website traffic analysis, customer data and competitor information.

Execute email communications strategies including template designs, calls-to-action, list management and generation, lead nurturing workflows and measuring results.

Measure and report performance of communications campaigns.

Execute brand standards and help ensure that sales collateral looks appropriate and is consistent.

Maintain layout and design for communications materials, including: advertisements, brochures, catalogs, technical data sheets, submittals and other customer facing documentation to ensure brand consistency.

Create, adapt, and optimize design assets for digital and print channels.

Create photography and videography to demonstrate product capabilities, customer use cases, etc.

Prepare final artwork files optimized for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Maintain a media library of photography and design elements.

Coordinate tradeshows and events.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Leadership to complete assigned projects and tasks.

Support Product Management with customer requests for made in America, sustainability, specifications and other product documentation.

Support initiatives to promote products to the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) community.

Work with outside agencies, vendors, and partners in support of communications projects and business objectives.

Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Creative with the ability to gain technical product knowledge.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

Ability to perform multiple tasks independently with minimal direction.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

2+ years’ relevant experience in the communications field.

High level of computer literacy.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of building construction industry.

Experience in the manufacturing industry.
