As a Fashion Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and styling advice related to our fashion offerings. Your passion for fashion and commitment to customer service will help create memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Engage with Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address their fashion inquiries Provide detailed information about products, collections, and promotions Assist customers with order management and returns Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with the fashion team to ensure customers receive the most up-to-date information Encourage customer engagement through personalized styling advice and product recommendations Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and product offerings Qualifications
